How can I help my partner from Thailand obtain a visa to the USA or other countries?
I see a lot of posts about people wanting to GO to Thailand but how about getting visa s from Thailand to other countries. It’s been very difficult to get gf from Thailand to USA. 4x. Still NO

It's a problem. The USA embassy robs people of high fees, forces travel to BKK for rejections and steal their money. It's just gross

I hired an attorney. They had my Thai wife in the US within 4 months time. If interested they have offices all over Thailand. The agency is called TSL & associates.

Biggest issue Thailand have very weak passport and from own experience it takes time and make sure you have everything in order. Good luck OP

GF now wife has been to UK 7 times on a six month tourist visa over the last ten years and now on a spouse visa which I've done all myself without help from an agent. It's an easy process but if you're unsure use a reputable agent in Pattaya. I think average cost of an agent about 30,000 baht?
