How can I handle the Thailand Pass application issue with SHA+ hotels in Surat Thani for Koh Samui?

Hi everyone, I need some help with something. 

I’m currently helping my partners mother arrange her trip to Thailand this month. 

She’s fully vaccinated so she will be entering with SHA+ and staying in Koh Samui with the test and go.

I was helping her fill out her Thailand Pass application, but we’re stuck on one part where we have to give the address of our SHA+ hotel, but Surat Thani province is not on the list…Has this happened to anyone? At first I thought it was a glitch but after refreshing the page, Surat Thani is still not on the list of provinces to choose from. 

Any ideas on what can be done? 

(and yes we tried scrolling down, but this is it)

Any help will be hugely helpful

Update on this guys, she originally put the flight as landing in bkk (as that’s the FIRST port of entry) but we changed it to USM and it worked, we will leave this post up for anyone else who might have this problem - although it says first port of arrival still if you’re going to Samui, Surat Thani won’t come up so enter first port of arrival as Samui instead and it will be sorted! Hope this helps
