Hi, I would like to ask for a friend, not for myself:

Where can a Dutch guy, who entered Thailand on 29.02.2020 (30 day stamp)

get a NON-B Visa during this CORONA Time?

All company documents are ready, but where he needs to go

to get that NON-B Visa into his passport?

Thanks for information...
