Your friends set up the company in Thailand, apply for your Work Permit and with these and company papers you apply for the Non Immigrant B visa in India.

Tony, I don't think you need to wait for 2 years. I believe once company registration is regally completed, you can apply WP. It wouldn't take 2 years.

But sorry I don't know exact procedures step by step.
