I want to apply business visa from india, I have people already given invitation and there documents , I have company in india, we plan to do joint business in Thailand , kindly advise how to get 3 years Multiple entry visa in Thailand

Your friends set up the company in Thailand, apply for your Work Permit and with these and company papers you apply for the Non Immigrant B visa in India.

Tony, I don't think you need to wait for 2 years. I believe once company registration is regally completed, you can apply WP. It wouldn't take 2 years.

But sorry I don't know exact procedures step by step.
