I have type O visa want retirement visa money in bank has only been in 5 weeks can I still get visa
Answer summary
The user is inquiring about the eligibility for a retirement visa in Thailand, noting that their bank balance required for the visa has only been maintained for 5 weeks. Responses in the comments suggest that as long as the paperwork is legitimate and there are ongoing medical treatments, the user should be fine despite the short duration of bank funds. However, it is advised that they prepare for possible scrutiny from immigration or questions regarding their status.

Immigration cannot cancel your Visa but they can refuse entry
If you are under treatment is cover on your dtv visa. Incase have the question from the officer just show them the doctor appointment and medical certificate. I'm so lucky never got any question from the embassy.
You are probably fine. Not sure why you worry about it when everything is legit. Only issue is that it is impossible to know what they will do next which even if you think about it forever theres nothing that can be done.
I am sorry about your injury. Your chances of being called out or questioned is quite low. After that, your chances of being denied entry is again quite low. Regardless, a visa is simply a privilege not a right to enter. Immigration has the discretion and full authority to deny entry or even cancel your visa. My advice is to always prepare if that happens. Some examples are don’t sign a 5 years lease or leave your pet while you do a border bound.
Show your DTV and that’s it. If they got questions about what you’re doing just tell them ongoing medical treatment and show them what appointments you have scheduled.
