TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on extending their 30-day visa exemption in Phuket, specifically asking for the best immigration office to visit from Rawai. They also express concern about losing their departure card and inquire about the necessary documentation for the extension process. Responses suggest checking the Phuket Immigration Office resources for office information and indicate that losing the departure card requires filing a police report and obtaining a replacement. Additional documents needed for the visa extension include passport copies, TM30 paperwork, and photos.

I'm going to pass on answering that question. I'll let people from Phuket answer that question. You can also ask at

Yes, you will need to get a new departure card. Go to the police office and file a missing report for the departure card. Take the police report and request a new departure card at your local immigration.

>.i need pictures and passport , anything else

1. Your passport and:

a. a copy of your data ("picture") page

b. a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)

c. a copy of your most recent stamp

d. a copy of your departure card

2. A copy of the TM30, filed in the immigration office.

3. The forms (each immigration office may have different forms, and want to use their special forms).

4. 2x passport pictures

5. 1,900 THB.
