How can I extend my stay in Thailand past my current Visa-exemption and extension?

I’ve thoroughly searched this group, but cannot find the exact answer to my question, which is:

I’m American, I arrived on 30-day Visa-exemption, and have already extended at immigration one time for 30 days — until February 24th.

I wish to stay in Thailand until February 28th. What should I do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to extend their stay in Thailand beyond the current 30-day extension due to expire on February 24. A commenter advises that a second extension will likely be denied and instead offers a 7-day grace period to leave Thailand. The importance of ensuring a TM30 address registration with Thai Immigration is also highlighted.

Go to your local Thai Immigration office and apply for a 30 Day extension of stay...

As you already have used it...

They will deny the application and give you 7 days to leave Thailand.

The 7 days start with the day you apply for the extension...so plan carefully. And be sure you leave Thailand within the 7 days.

Good Luck 🍀

And as I have given you the correct answer...

Be sure to have a TM30 address registration on file with the Thai Immigration office. As you did before when you got your one time 30 days extension of stay.

DO NOT PLAN TO OVERSTAY... THAT'S RISKY.
