Hello everyone,

My relative tourist visa (60 days) will be expired by 22/3... We need to extend for her. Which nearest Immg office should we go to? We live in Bangna soi Lasale, next to Bangkok Patana school. This is her first visa... Do we have to pay fine or so beside normal extension fee.

Anyone with similar experience, kindly advise me how to do.

Thanks a lot.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on extending their relative's tourist visa, which is set to expire soon. They are located in Bangna, near Bangkok Patana School, and are inquiring about the nearest immigration office and whether additional fines are applicable for the extension process. Responses recommend either the Samut Prakan Immigration office or the Chaengwattana main immigration office, providing necessary documents for the extension and fees involved.

That is a tricky question. You EITHER go to the Samut Prakan Immigration office, OR you go to the main immigration office out at the government complex at Chaengwattana Road

I'd call the immigration office in samut prakan FIRST, give them your address and see if you go there or bankgkok office.

i hope the staff in SMP speak English and willing to answer.

But this mean we can apply in other offices as long as it is in Thailand? Thank Tod.

And now i hope and guess that the Bagna Soi Lasale next the Bangkok Patana School is located in Bangkok.

If correct go to Cheang Wattana Immigration Office, if not correct use google maps to find a Immigration Office in your area.

At most offices needed:

TM7 application form

1 passport picture

copy ID page passport

copy visa page passport

copy Admitted until stamp in passport

copy Tm6 Departure card

Fee 1.900 Thb

Perhaps, he thinks, but it is not required for people having a Tourist Visa.

I never heard of Alien Residence certificates from local police made on landing dates.

Thank Robert. I heard I need to have another “Alien” residence certificate from local police on the landing date? Correct? If not we have to pay fine? Thank Robert
