I recently, with much assistance from you guys, got my Non O Visa, retirement which expires 29 April so now I think the idea is to extend for one year. Is this correct? And it seems I must have a Thai national sign a declaration for me. Is this also correct? I do not really have Thai friends so is the estate agent for my condo allowed?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has obtained a Non O Visa for retirement in Thailand and seeks guidance on extending it for one year. They confirm the need for a Thai national to sign a declaration and inquire whether their estate agent is eligible to do so, as they lack personal Thai friends.
