Hi!

I arrived two months ago with a non-immigrant ED visa for an internship (in a company, not as a student in a university).

It will expire in 1 month, while my internship should last until August, and I wanted to know if anyone had experience in extending their visa in this situation.

Thanks !

and what did the company say when you talked to them about extending the 90 day entry stamp you got off the Non-ED visa you came in on?

, you had better have HR people of your employer talk to the local immigration office.

If they are clueless as you say , just go to your local immigration and ask what documents needed to extend. Be polite and wai and they might give you the answers. Good luck!
