TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual faced challenges in extending their 60-day visa due to inability to access their e-visa documentation for proof. Community members advised that it is essential to present the entry visa when seeking an extension. Assistance was provided by a friend who helped retrieve the necessary documents. Discussions included tips for handling similar situations such as always keeping copies of e-visas and accessibility to email for important documents. Ultimately, the individual successfully obtained their visa extension.

when Immigration sees the 60 days stamp you received upon entry, they have every right to know that you entered with a 60-days tourist visa. There is not other visa with which you get stamped in for 60 days. So I guess you can visit Immigration and apply for the one-time 30 days touristic extension, regardless of the "visaclass" showing "e-visa"

in the best case, they will issue the extension, and in the worst case they want to see the printed tourist visa

For the Visa check the website for the Thai Embassy/Consulate in the country you reside in. For the bank account it will be persistence whsn you get here, try every branch (not every bank).

Yes, having the visa you entered with is a requirement for an extension. You either need to get into your e-mail and download and print the PDF they sent you. Or you may be able to go into the e-visa system and login and print it from there.
