How would I renew a tourist visa in Bangkok if possible and what would the requirements be?

first you can't "renew" any visa ever,
BUT be that as it may, if you're wanting to extend a 60 day tourist visa you'd go to the immigration office and apply for a 30 day extension for 1900baht.
