TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 60-day tourist visa in Bangkok, visit the Chaengwattana immigration office. You cannot technically renew a visa, but you can apply for a 30-day extension. Bring your passport, passport photos, the TM7 form, proof of address, and 1900 baht for the application fee.

first you can't "renew" any visa ever,

BUT be that as it may, if you're wanting to extend a 60 day tourist visa you'd go to the immigration office and apply for a 30 day extension for 1900baht.
