Hi,

I'm attempting to make an appointment to receive a 60-day COVID extension in Bangkok. I just want to make sure that I'm making my appointment in the correct place and choosing the correction appointment option.

Im a US citizen. Entered on a 60-day tourist visa. And have extended another 30 days. The end of the 30 day extension is coming up.

First, I should make the appointment at Muang Thong Thani Temporary Service Center, correct?

Once on that site, I should choose option:

## "Extension for Visa/ Lost passport or lost TM.6"
