Hi group. My 60 days tourist visa expires tomorrow. I am stuck in town and might not have time to go to chaengwattana today to get 30 days extension. I am assuming that as they are closed tomorrow, going on monday is fine. Am i correct?

Thankd

TLDR : Answer Summary
A group member confirmed that if your 60-day tourist visa expires on a weekend, you can go to the immigration office on Monday without facing fines for overstaying. It's also noted that extensions can be applied for up to 45 days before the visa's expiration.

If your last day of Admitted to Stay is in a weekend you can go on Monday, you will get the overstay stamp but no fines. You can apply for Extension of Stay in Bangkok 45 days before the last day and they add this Extension on your current stay, you won't loose days by going early.

Hello
@Rob***
, I forgot to thank you for your good advise which I followed. I managed to reach CW on time and get my extension without taking the risk of an "overstay" stamp the next Monday.
