How can I correct the incorrect remark on my E-Visa for Thailand?

E-Visa Remark Incorrect

I applied for my Non-B visa in Laos, had the E-visa approved and successfully entered Thailand on the E-Visa. 

My school will now submit documents to the MOE, however they have noted the Remarks: section on the E-Visa says "Teacher at...." 

This is incorrect as the visa applied for was for a staff visa, under Educational Personnel for Administrative Duties as per my visa application documents.

Whichever role, the visa is Non-B. 

Is there a way to have the remark on the E-Visa paper corrected?

I also need to apply for them, so I’m waiting for my application to be approved before I can submit theirs. Until then, there’s not much I can do, and it’s getting a bit stressful with the school year coming up.

DrivenLlama9381 Yes, you can be approved without any response and a sudden change in status to pending approval then approved. Vietnam also sends out approvals over weekends.

DrivenLlama9381 Yes, can be approved out of hours. You can drive yourself crazy, constantly checking. It is best to just relax and just explore the city. you can also visit other parts of the country.

Btw, can they also approve it outside of working hours? For example, in the evening or at night? Or only during regular business days? (Asking because I keep refreshing to check and want to make sure I'm not doing it for nothing :)

I arrive around 8pm and I will have to finish up the Location Proof pdf with arrival boarding pass, location photo and passport scans, I want to provide everything they possibly have asked others for here in this group to avoid extra doc requests. I am confident about my application though, I am attaching lots of financial/work proof to make it very clear and transparent. Thank you always Andi.
