Submitted my visa the other day and had feedback to send additional forms as expected.

Been asked to send all the pictures of my passport.

However, as a passport has many pages I have to compress and I’m struggling to get the large file size down to 3mb.

Does anyone know how I can fix this ?

I’ve tried everything.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance in compressing images of their passport to meet a 3MB size limit for a visa application. They have received feedback to submit additional forms, including all pages of their passport, which has resulted in large file sizes. Community members suggest various methods, including using online tools like 'Tiny JPG' and 'ilovepdf', creating a PowerPoint presentation, and using a PDF scanner app. There is some discussion around the possibility of submitting documents via email.

I used a website called "Tiny JPG" to compress the size of pictures and another website called "ilovepdf" to help merge and compress any other documents.

I had the same issue. I provided pages with stamp in medium resolution. The rest in low resolution. Then merge and send.

Get a pdf scanner app and scab every page. You can just reply to their email and send it in.
