Hello everyone.

I would like to ask if any of you have had any experience with a "Visa agency" or knows about an agency to change my amnesty visa into a Non-B visa here in Thailand.

I already have a job offer in a school in Chiangmai

I would appreciate any information. thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks guidance on converting their amnesty visa to a Non-B visa after receiving a job offer in Chiang Mai. Responses indicate that obtaining a work visa should be facilitated by the employer, clarify the misconception about an 'amnesty visa', and suggest consulting with agencies, though legality may vary.

The agent might be able to do it. May or may not be legal.

Cannot be done now - unless Thai Immigration decides to waive a number of requirements

The language schools said they are negotiating with the government. Maybe with public universities it’s different

No such thing as an "amnesty visa". What visa were you on before March 26th?
