ORIGINAL POSTER
I've been living and working as a teacher here in Thailand for 2 years. I had to change school and move to another province in the school summer break. My non B visa expired in the lockdown when borders, Immigration offices and schools were closed, after the visa amnesty started (at the end of May) so I'm in the amnesty now. I've been working at the new school for a month now and I've been told that I cannot change for a new non B for my new school within the country. Borders are still closed so it's not possible to do a visa run. Can anyone advice me how can I get my new non B visa?

If your employer can not help you to apply for a Work Permit and the Non Immigrant B visa, you are not allowed to work,

If your employer tells you, you can only apply at a Thai Consulate, then is that your only option.
