TLDR : Answer Summary
As an EU citizen holding a Swedish passport, relocating your Thai spouse to Greece or Italy is generally feasible. While you have the right to reside in any EU country, your wife will likely need a visa or residence permit, which could be facilitated through your Swedish citizenship. Factors such as her prior travel history and the specifics of your situation could impact the ease of this process.

How long is a piece of string? Could be easy could be hard! A lot is going to depend on your situation

Have a frank discussion about her travel history, and make there are no skeletons in the cupboard

Depends on your wife, if she want to go to Greece or Italy.
But take her out for dinner, og do something she like, then it would be easier to convince her.
At least it is not as cold as Sweden.
But don’t give her flowers, it may send a wrong signal in Thailand.

not hard, as european you can live in whatever european country you like, as for your wife, I believe she needs to get a visa/certificate by sweden and with that she can freely travel all over europe

Do you have dual citizenship with another country?
