Depends on your wife, if she want to go to Greece or Italy.

But take her out for dinner, og do something she like, then it would be easier to convince her.

At least it is not as cold as Sweden.

But don’t give her flowers, it may send a wrong signal in Thailand.

not hard, as european you can live in whatever european country you like, as for your wife, I believe she needs to get a visa/certificate by sweden and with that she can freely travel all over europe

as someone who lived in Turkey for 2 years, I don't recommend living there at all. Huge cultural shock and situation is pretty depressing

thai people are welcome into Turkey as much as Europeans. They don't even need a visa to enter, they get visa exempt stamp for free.
