What is the process of applying for dependants on the visa? like spouse or kid?

I read that it is possible to include them but i dont see how this is done. How to add them to an existing DTV visa?

You only apply for the dependent (spouse/child) DTV's AFTER you have gotten yours issued because they need proof you have a visa to support the "piggy back" family members applications
