How do I fill out the Non O visa application for retirement in Thailand without a fixed plan?

I am trying to fill out the form for a Non O visa for retirement. 

It asks me for the address that I have in Thailand and also how long I will be there. 

My partner has a house so that address is good, but for how long? 

I do not intend on coming over with a return ticket but the Non O is only for 90 days and I intend to spend most of my life there, but will be visiting the UK. 

Also there is a box for additional accommodation, as I intend to spend a week in Bangkok before heading into rural Isaan, do I need to register the hotel. 

Because I haven't got the Non O yet, I have not booked a flight yet so don't know when I will arrive and where I will stay in Bangkok. 

They appear to be asking questions that cannot be answered so any help will be greatly appreciated. 

I am a dinosaur, so please treat me gently with simple basic instructions.

Pretty sound advice here but if there's anything you don't or can't know leave it blank ie return flight? Blank. My tuppence worth, the application must be done on a PC or laptop. It stipulates that, and no screenshots particularly for bank statements.

Ask your GF to write a letter inviting you to stay with her, and then get her to take a photo of the letter, together with her ID card, which she can email to you. That is all you need for accommodation, and there is no need to mention that you may stay in Bangkok. You do not need a return flight with a Non-O, so just pick a date within 90 days for your return.

I did exactly that and just got my 90 from LA consulate in a couple of days. It said print it so I can show it to the airline if they are looking for return flight.

Thaiger Tony passport pic Driver lic pic proved my residency. passport style photo and the first page of last 3 months bank statement showed the 800K. I printed the statements layed them side by side and scanned them to a file that I uploaded came in right at 3 mb. Provided a flight number and hotel address for 10 days no further accommodation given

Don't overthink it. It's a 90 day visa so you may stay that long. Pick an estimated date and and say 85 days later as an exit date. You may stay at your girlfriend's the whole time. Say that. Your plans may vary but as they are unconfirmed, forget that. Pick a flight that goes on your departure date and choose that as a flight number. They want an outline of your plan not concrete evidence of one.
