TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting location for expats in Thailand has returned to the main immigration office, located in Section A, after previously being moved due to COVID-19 restrictions. There is also confirmation that for those who are in Bangkok, the 90-day report can be filed at Chaengwattana. Additionally, appointments can be made online to avoid long queues.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Note, 90 day reports have only recently been added to the appointment system at CW and it's currently possible to inadvertently book an appointment when the office is actually closed for holidays. Double-check your dates...
Same would appear to be true for those booking appointments for a tourist visa extension on May 4th
