Did the change from 60 to 30 days for visa exempt ever get published in the royal gazette? What’s the current limit for most passport holders.
Answer summary
The current limit for visa-exempt entry into Thailand remains 60 days for most passport holders, and there has been no official publication in the royal gazette regarding a change to 30 days. Comments indicate that travelers still receive 60-day stamps upon arrival, and discussions on a potential change have surfaced, but an official announcement is anticipated to be published soon.

Would definitely be more tourist friendly if they'd make the announcement sooner than later and then set the date 1 or 2 months out so that travelers have the opportunity to alter plans or get proper visas.
Doug. For future reference every group like this has a search bar that you could have just written (60 days) in and you would have seen the answer given maybe 50 times in the last week. That way you get your answer straight away.
