Has anyone received an email from Wise requesting tax details for transfers to Thailand?
Has anyone using Wise had an email off them asking for tax details, I only use wise to transfer money from uk to Thailand, I haven’t got a current account or savings with them

Never in 6 years of transfers from NZ to Thailand via WISE, but I am a non resident of NZ for banking and pensions hence , furnish a tax return here in Thailand.

Yes, I clicked the 'button' in the email to confirm I'm a UK tax resident and that was it done.
It relates to holding money in your wise account. There's an FAQ accessible via the app explaining the requirements as well as a link in the email.
