If you're from a visa exempt country, you can stay up to 3 months* without any visa for medical treatments. That's the rule, it's written like that on the Embassy website, so no need to worry, you'd be still following their own rules.(You'll get a 60 days stamp first, and later you'll need to manually extend to get the other 30)

DTV - Medical Soft Power Option but requires a bit of paperwork and 500K THB in savings. METV gives you a 6 month stay, much cheaper and easy to get.
