I have applied on line for the UK support letter and am awaiting it sent. I have just seen that some embassies did not put covid 19 on the letter and immigration refused. Do you know if the UK support letter specifies it or shoukd I send another email request with covid 19 specified. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The UK support letter is a customized form that may not explicitly mention COVID-19; however, it has been used successfully by others to obtain an extension of stay related to the pandemic. If you have concerns, it may be prudent to send a follow-up email requesting that COVID-19 be specified.

People have gotten the extension of stay based on the COVID-19 virus using the letters issued by the United Kingdom. It is a form letter that is customized with your personal information. I'm closing comments.
