Does the Hà Nội embassy waive the 3-month seasoning rule for the Thailand DTV Workcation visa?

Hà Nội embassy waiving the 3 month seasoning rule.

Today, I called the Thai embassy in Hà Nội asking if they would consider my DTV Workcation application if my 500k THB was sent from my UK Ltd company to my personal account within less than 3 months.

Other info I gave the operator:

- I am a sole director and employee, the company is a one man operation

- I had transferred the funds to my personal account < 24 hours ago

The woman calmly informed me that as long as I can prove I am the owner of the company and the funds have been transferred from the company, it will be accepted at Hà Nội (if no other issues found).

I was also able to confirm that I can apply to Hà Nội from anywhere in Vietnam, just providing the entry stamp in my passport.

Has anyone's experience agreed or conflicted with this information? Specifically I'd like to hear from sole company directors, without employees who transferred the money to their account shortly before applying.
