TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a Non-Immigration O 90-day visa and have changed your accommodation from a hotel to a rented bungalow, you need to ensure that the owner of the bungalow has reported your stay to immigration. If they have not, you must personally report your address to immigration with the relevant documents.
