What Are the Visa Implications for APEC Visa Holders During the Amnesty Period?

I’m very confused by the information on here.

The immigration site states “all types of visa’ have an amnesty til July 31st.

So what’s not covered..?

I entered the Kingdom on a 3 month APEC visa with a plan to leave mid April. My flight was ‘postponed’ due to the airport closure. The next one (early May) was never confirmed and subsequently cancelled.

I then booked with a new carrier for first flight out on 21st May, which had just been cancelled in line with latest Thai restrictions to June 1.

My APEC runs out May 27th.
