TLDR : Answer Summary
When you return to Thailand on a Non O visa after exiting, the 90-day reporting period resets based on your new entry date. This means you should disregard the previous reporting date and treat the day you re-enter Thailand as day one of a new 90-day cycle.

Bin the report in your passport and ignore any email reminder of your next 90 days from your OLD report date and start your NEW 90 days with your new entry date as day 1.
Remember, you are reporting 90 consequitive days IN Thailand, so if you leave and return, the 90 day clock re-starts.
