TLDR : Answer Summary
The comments indicate that a signature in the wife's own language (Thai) is sufficient for paperwork. Signatures are considered universal and do not require translation or multiple language versions.

A signature is a signature. They don’t really have ‘language’ as such. They are an individual mark that a person makes that is intended to be unique to that person.

Her signature in her own language is enough.
