TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, a copy of your Lao visa and entry stamp is needed when applying for the Thai SETV (Single Entry Tourist Visa). This requirement is confirmed by a comment that emphasizes the necessity of providing these documents alongside the main application.
My point is that logically speaking it doesn't make sense to copy something that is already in ones passport. Now I do know those bureaucrats sometimes have silly demands, but to the best of my knowledge, they don't want a photocopy of your Lao VOA or entry stamp..
What is your point? I remember that i have asked to have this copy also but that was long time ago. How it s now, i do not know and that is why i am asking. i prefer i have all papers ready when i apply.
