Asking for my partner. He is in extension of stay ( over 50 y). Last 90 day report was due 29. April. He used the amnesty.
Is he still under amnesty or must he report? Any fine will wait for him?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement continues to apply even after utilizing the amnesty, and individuals are expected to file these reports. Currently, there are no fines for late filings.
