I have some questions regarding extension of stay, new passport and 90 day report.

I live in Bangkok. Extension of stay based on retirement. Non O.

1. Tomorrow I'll get a new passport, can I transfer the stamps at the same time as I do my extension, at the same counter? (IO Cheangwattana)

2. Extension of stay expires December, 7th and my "90 day report date", is December, 18th. I suppose I can't do my 90 day report at the same time as I do my extension. I know I can't do it online, since I have a new passport. Can I send it by post or do I need to go to Chaengwattana in person?

3. I'm a Swedish citizen and I have got an income letter from the Swedish Embassy since I use the income method. Is that enough or do they ask for a bank statement as well?

Thanks,

Regards Hans

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has questions regarding their Non O visa extension, specifically about transferring stamps to a new passport and filing a 90-day report. They want to know if they can handle both tasks simultaneously and whether additional documentation is necessary for income verification.

You can only do a 90 day report from 15 days before down to 7 days after your due date.

So if you wanna do everything at once Dec 4th is the earliest you could go to move the stamps, file a 90 day report and get your new yearly extension.

You need these copies AND the filled out "transfer stamp" form to get the stamps moved to the new passport. It's the SAME area that does your extension.
