TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a privilege visa and planning to move to a new address, you do not need to file a new 90-day report until your scheduled reporting time in December. However, you must ensure that the address on your upcoming 90-day report matches the TM30 that is filed for you, which your new landlord is responsible for submitting within 24 hours of your move.

As a side note your new landlord is required to file a TM30 within 24 hours after you move in.

90 day report has nothing to do with TM30.

You do the TM47 each time you spend 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Moving around inside the country doesn't change this in any way.

The only thing you need to do is make sure the address you report on your next TM47 matches the most recent TM30 that was filed for you.
