hello friends, I will apply for a tourist visa at the Thai embassy. For flight tickets to Thailand, does it have to be 2 weeks before applying for a visa? I will apply for a tourist visa tomorrow and my departure ticket to Thailand on July 20th. is that okay?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of having flight tickets booked two weeks prior to applying for a tourist visa to Thailand. Community responses clarified that there is no specific requirement for how far in advance the flight must be booked relative to the visa application date. Users confirmed that as long as the visa is valid for travel, there should be no issue with the booking timing.

There's no requirement for your flight to be a certain number of days away when you apply for a tourist visa.

Many embassies process touristvisa after departure date, so the visa will arrive in e-mail 1-2 weeks before departure.

That's because some Embassies state a 10 (working) day wait for Visa approval. Which Embassy?
