hello friends, I will apply for a tourist visa at the Thai embassy. For flight tickets to Thailand, does it have to be 2 weeks before applying for a visa? I will apply for a tourist visa tomorrow and my departure ticket to Thailand on July 20th. is that okay?

Thank you

thatโ€™s why i bit confused when the embassy said i need apply and buy departure tickets 2 weeks before
Max *************
Kimi Noy It's because they want to see evidence of a paid return or forwarding ticket.

There's no requirement for your flight to be a certain number of days away when you apply for a tourist visa.

Many embassies process touristvisa after departure date, so the visa will arrive in e-mail 1-2 weeks before departure.

That's because some Embassies state a 10 (working) day wait for Visa approval. Which Embassy?
