The ONLY border that ANYONE has said they have success bouncing out and in at is the Ban Pakard Border in Chantaburi Province.
BUT for sure they are NOT letting France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain or USA passports OR anyone with a passport from another country that has been to those countries in the last 14 days bounce out and back there.
yeah, a little complicated with the way things are at the moment... I’m going to go to Bangkok and get and affidavit from the embassy and try to get a visa extension from that...

US citizens aren't getting letters either. IF this changes, you'll still have to make an appointment online for any business you do at the embassy.

Who said I am on overstay? My visa is until April 5, I have a right to 7 days extension. I am waiting for a letter from my embassy to get 30 days extension. Are you happy now, Smartie? Gregor Huettner
