I went to immigration yesterday to extend my Visa for 30 days and received this also. Does this mean I don't have to do the online 90 day reporting too?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The slip you received after extending your visa indicates the due date for your first 90-day report. This means you still need to complete online 90-day reporting as required for your visa.

that is a 90 day report slip they give you when you get your FIRST extension on a visa and tells you when your FIRST 90 day report is due from this visa/extension.

You evidently got a new extension off a new visa or you wouldn't have gotten that.
