Do visa agencies provide tracking links for application status updates?

Do visa agencies normally provide a tracking link so you can check the progress of your application? I submitted my documents and payment yesterday to Ban Thai Solutions and received an email confirming payment, but haven't yet received any response regarding how one checks the application status.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The responses indicate that while visa agencies like Ban Thai Solutions provide email and chat support for status updates, they usually do not offer a tracking link for applications. It's advisable to directly contact the agency for any application status inquiries. One commenter recommends using a personal registered e-visa account to submit applications for better access to application status.

Personally I'd have the agent use my own registered evisa account to submit the application. It's a 5 year visa and you should have direct access to the e-visa file/approval/status from the MFA website for the length of time it's active.

As part of their service, you get email and chat support so contact them regarding your application status. They should inform you of updates they receive regarding your application, not normal for an agent to provide a tracking link to your application.

That's interesting. So there is no actual way to independently confirm that an application was even submitted? You just have to take the agency's word for it?

Anonymous participant and if you are applying for the DTV visa, you cannot apply while you are in Thailand. Where are you now and which Thai Embassy or Consulate are you making an application for the DTV visa ?

Hopefully you are not being scammed by a so-called visa agency for the DTV visa. They do exist. Was the email confirming payment for the DTV visa fee of

Anonymous participant Yes, you have to take the agent's word. You could contact the embassy directly to confirm your application was submitted. i guess but take note of James Miller reply. Baan Thai Solutions is among the more reputable agents but strictly speaking you need to be in the country of application.
