Hi guys, I’m looking for a reliable agency in Thailand that can help me apply for the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa). If you know a trusted agency that provides this service, please send me their contact details and price. Thank you!
Summary so far
The conversation discusses the difficulties in applying for the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) from abroad, particularly the new rule requiring applications to be made in the applicant's home country. Several users mention the need for a reliable agency to assist with the application process, noting changes in rules that restrict the use of agents. Recommendations for agencies like Siam Legal International and Issa Compass are provided, along with cautionary advice about recent changes impacting these services.

Good luck using one, most don’t speak English as a first language and have been known to make mistakes. It’s not that hard to apply without one
The new rules will require you to return to Algeria (or France) when applying. You will now need a criminal background check. An agent can help you, but it will be very different, with the new rules that started yesterday
until last week, you could travel to a neighboring country and apply from there, but as of now, you can only apply when physically in your home country.
Why could he not use an agent? If the agent submits the documents to the proper country's web portal, like they were doing for people who were applying in Vietnam, Laos, etc. what is different now?
A. Nony Mous Thai Visa Centre just announced no longer processing dtv. They simply stated you can only apply in your citizenship, or legal residence, country.
. Just remember your criminal record paper work you will probably have to do yourself and in a lot of countries it takes a long time to get. What Thai Embassy are you going to use.
I think the reccomendation of Issa Compass shoukd be OK. They are reasonably priced and offer a money back guarantee. You need to check with them how the new guidelines effect their offer though. Good luck
Correct Greg. Unfortunately, Issa Compass no longer offer a full refund (embassy fee plus their service fee) if unsuccessful. The choice is now either a refund of their service fee only (not embassy fee) or one free resubmission.
