TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, if you are employed at two different schools, you generally only need one work permit. However, you must get permission from your primary employer to have an additional place of employment and subsequently register that second school with the Department of Labor to legally work there.

the reason a work permit is a booklet is so you can have other plces of employment added to it.

You'd need to get a letter from the primary place you work for stating it's okay to add another place of employment. Then go to the dept of labor and get that school added onto it.
