If I have non O based on marriage, could I then attend office orientation and training for a month or two prior to the getting a work permit.
Would appreciate an advice. Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a NON-O visa based on marriage, you cannot legally work in Thailand without a valid work permit. Attending office orientation or training could be considered working under Thai law, which requires you to have the appropriate visa and work permit. Engaging in activities like training without the correct documentation may lead to legal issues, including penalties for illegal employment.
