Has anyone recently applied for a Non-B visa? I’ll be going to Laos by myself, so I would really appreciate some guidance. Thank you.

Your school/employer should give you all the paperwork you need. You go to Laos, submit the visa application online and upload what the school gave you. Then you print out the QR code and take it to the embassy during the morning payment hours to pay in cash. You should get the visa 2-3 days later.
