TLDR : Answer Summary
For renewing a visa based on marriage in Thailand, the 400k baht does not need to come from your Indian bank account; it can be transferred from someone else's account. However, the money must be held in a Thai bank account in your name for at least two full months prior to your application date.

Can be transferred from anyone's account into a Thai bank account held in your name.

That wasn't the question, I think he knows that. He is asking whether the funds can be transferred domestically from someone else within Thailand and the answer is essentially yes.

There is no requirement about where the money comes from on an extension based on marriage. Just make sure it's your account 2 full months before the day you apply, not 2 months before your extension expires.
