I in preparation for another NON-O Married yearly extension. I use income from abroad method. Will I need to show income certificate from my country consulate, if I have bank statement, which have 12 monthly FTT transfers? My consulate still do these income certificates, but looks like this is overlapping requirements? CW immigration if this important. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for an income certificate from your consulate for the NON-O Married yearly extension can vary depending on your country's embassy policies. While some countries require an affidavit of income, others may allow you to provide bank statements showing monthly transfers. If your consulate issues income affidavits, it's advisable to use that document. However, if the affiant is no longer issued, then submitting bank statements indicating consistent transfers for the past 12 months would be sufficient.

In conclusion: I got my affidavit from Consulate (keeping in mind it valid for 6 months which is good) and also will bring my bank passbook with monthly FTT's and it's copy in case of any further questions.
IF your consulate still issues the affidavit of income from abroad notary letter you use that,
IF your consulate stopped issuing the affidavit of income from abroad letter back in 2019 OR if your consulate never ever issued the income affidavit letter you show monthly incoming transfers of the required amount each month every month for the previous 12 months.
you show the income affidavit from your Embassy, only the few countries of which their Embassy does not provide the income affidavit can use the monthly bank deposits
