Do I need to present a physical TM30 form for my covid extension at Phuket immigration, or is a screenshot sufficient?

Hi, I need to go to immigration in Phuket in a few days to get my covid extension. I was told that you need a TM30 to get it. The manager of my condo says she's done it online and just sent me a screenshot of the registration page. Is this enough or do I have to present the physical paper form when I go to immigration? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
A person preparing to go to Phuket immigration for a COVID visa extension is unsure if a screenshot of their TM30 registration is enough or if they need the physical document. Comments suggest that it is safest to print the TM30 form and bring it, as past experiences indicate that screenshots have been rejected.

Thanks everyone I've printed it!

You can send it by line to the little printshop behind immigration.

You need to print it out and sign as same as other copies of documents if you are asked for it.

Just print it out to be safe and take with you, Phuket have rejected a screenshot of mine in the past and made me go and print it out

ask her to print it out. in my experience the condo management tend to pass the buck when it comes to registering the tm30. and you dont find out until you try to extend your visa and they fine you.

An approved TM30 is one of the following three documents. Does your document look like one of these three?
