TLDR : Answer Summary
After receiving visa approval, it is generally not required to continuously send information to immigration or the embassy, except for specific cases such as reporting your stay every 90 days and providing updated information at the time of visa extension. If you leave Thailand and re-enter, you will typically encounter minimal questioning.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

If you stay in the country to 90 days, you need to tell immigration: the first time in person, the next time can be done online. If you want to stay past the 180 days (i think just leaving and coming back in is easier) than you need to resubmit basically everything you submitted for the DTV + usually more paperwork like a lease.
you will never know, it's been only 9 months and they already had different reactions every a few months from the embassies side and the immigration side in the airports as well
