STV Visa

Anyone knows if we need to personally go down to the Thai embassy to get the visa done to verified our passport? OR everything is online?

im looking to leave on 28th Feb. i am afraid i do not have enough time! a lot of money to be invested (insurance and ASQ need to be paid in advanced) just afraid the visa won't get approved.
