Do I need to enter Thailand by my Non-O visa validity date to get the 90 days after arrival?

Today I got the approval for the 90-day Non-O (retirement). Thanks again to all who helped with my previous questions. One more: it says it is valid until August 30. Am I correct in thinking this means I need to enter the country by that date, and I will still have 90 days after arrival?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval for your 90-day Non-O (retirement) visa means you must enter Thailand by August 30. Once you enter the country, you will have 90 days to stay. Additionally, it’s crucial to open a Thai bank account within the first 30 days and deposit 800,000 baht to prepare for a potential extension of your visa after a mandatory seasoning period of 60 days.

Yes, however in the 1st 30 days it is essential to get a thai bank account opened with 800k baht deposited, as this needs to be 'seasoned' for at least 60 days before you go to immigration to extend the visa for a year.
