TLDR : Answer Summary
You may attempt to submit your first 90-day report online; however, if it gets rejected, you'll need to file it in person. It's recommended to apply online about 10 days before the due date to allow processing time, and ensure your TM30 is current, as the online system checks against TM30 data related to your residence.

Exactly what Tod says. He beat me to it. Correct & current TM.30 is essential

you can try the online program and if you can't do it they'll reject it ๐Ÿ™‚ I'd apply about 10 days before you actual due date to allow time for it to be processed and if it's rejected you have plenty of time to go file in person.

Remember the new 90 day online system matches against data in the TM30 system so you need a current TM30 stating where you reside.
